I´ve always been a fan of the “Pinal Dynasty”, all the way from Silvia Pinal, the last diva of Mexican cinema, to pop star Alejandra Guzman. And now I´m a fan of Michelle Salas, grand-grand daughter of Silva, and Mexico´s most important fashion blogger. She has a strong character, the biggest smile and an honest outlook on life. In our interview, she shared with me that the biggest lessons she learnt from Silva is the love, respect and devotion to work. She also confided that it was Silvia that gave her her first Cartier watch when she was a teenager. Hola! Siempre he sido fan de la “Dinastía Pinal”, desde Silvia Pinal -la única diva del cine mexicana que sigue trabajando- Alejandra Guzman y sus canciones y ahora de Michelle Salas, bis-nieta de Silvia, y la bloguer mexicana más importante. Ella se compone de un carácter muy fuerte, una sonrisa eterna y una voz impregnada de honestidad. En la entrevista que le hice para Latin Fashion News me contó que lo que más aprendió de Silva fue su amor, devoción y disciplina al trabajo, y cómo ella le regaló su primer reloj Cartier cuando era adolescente. Hoy Michelle está en su mejor momento, es embajadora de Cartier, es la estrella de un reality show de la revista ELLE México y se convirtió en la “la Pinal” que más brilla en las redes sociales.
